This is a commissioned piece for a Warhammer 40,000 vs Star Wars series, the character is a Chapter Master of a homebrew Space Marine Chapter here is the description : Here's the official description: Thune wears an ancient, stripped down suit of Saturnine Pattern powered terminator armor, that has had its enormous shoulder pads reduced to increase mobility, and has had all but one of its shield generator nodes removed, and the remaining node runs at about 23% efficency. However, ALL of the excess power left over from the two missing nodes and most of the energy which should be sent to the remnant node is, instead, funneled into a dangerous mobility boosting system which he pairs with finger mounted power talons to enable sudden, rapid lunges and strikes.
